Report a Concern
Use the link below to report any concern you have about you or someone you know. You will be asked to provide details of who you are, but this is optional. If you do not leave any name or way of identifying those involved, this may limit the response from WLFS staff.
If you are concerned about your immediate safety or the safety of someone you know, you should always call 999. Equally, if you believe a crime has been committed you should report this via 999.
This is a non-emergency way of reporting concerns to WLFS.

Remember you can speak to any member of staff at WLFS if you are worried. Ms Philomon is the Designated Safeguarding Lead at WLFS.
